Jeff W. McGruder II

Jeff has deep roots in community and economic engagement and is a prominent financial leader in the Nashville market focused on creating opportunities for diverse and inclusive investment. He currently serves as Chief Relationship Officer for Citizens Savings Bank & Trust with responsibilities for the Greater Tennessee market.

Jeff’s financial services background began with Wells Fargo Financial in Knoxville, TN. He transitioned his client base to Regions Bank in Franklin, where after two years he was promoted to business banking sales manager for the southern region of Middle Tennessee. From January 2012 to August 2013 he trained as an underwriter for Regions Large Corporate and Middle Market group. He was employed with Regions Bank, BB&T and Pinnacle Financial Partners for over 19 years. 

Jeff currently serves on the board of directors for KIPP Academy Nashville and WPLN Nashville Public Radio. He has been active as a volunteer and community partner with several other organizations such as; CE McGruder Family Resource Center, Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Franklin, Boy Scouts of America, New Hope Academy Board of Trustees, Nashville Celtics AAU basketball program. and HustleStrong Foundation.
