Joshua Ireland

Joshua is a seasoned finance leader with over a decade of experience starting and leading high growth organizations both domestically and internationally.

He is the co-founder and CEO of Jefferson Bridge Capital where he is responsible for driving the firm’s growth strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations. Jefferson Bridge Capital is an investment advisory firm strategically positioned to serve as a direct channel connecting the institutional investment realm with underserved communities. Their team works closely with non-profits and endowments, helping these vital organizations craft and execute mission-aligned investment strategies.

Prior to launching Jefferson Bridge Capital, he served as Chief Operating Officer and investment committee member for Woodmont Investment Counsel, one of Nashville’s largest independent investment advisors. Over the course of his career, Joshua has benefitted from a diverse range of vantage points within the financial industry, including hedge funds, equity research, wealth management and even leading multiple tech startups.

Josh studied Nuclear and Radiological Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a regular volunteer within his community and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations in Nashville, TN, where he resides with his wife and 4 children.
